We understand that schedules after registration may change. You may cancel your registration for live training programs, such as practicums, webinars, and courses, up to 14 days before the first live session for a full refund, minus payment processing fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization at no additional cost, provided you notify us in writing and receive acknowledgement at least 48 hours before the first session. Private advisory sessions, sometimes called ‘+1 private advisory session’, included in training programs must be scheduled and completed within the designated number of days, typically 60 days, following the final live cohort session. Missed advisory sessions or failures to schedule within this 60-day window are non-refundable.
