Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this practicum designed for?

This Innovation Management Practicum is designed for CINOs (Chief Innovation Officers) and Corporate Innovation Managers. It could also fit board members and executives carrying innovation strategy or management responsibilities.

The program is formed as a pyramid, based on the Comparative analysis of various innovation management frameworks in the first sessions, providing tools and case studies for structuring and implementing the frameworks. The top of the pyramid is focusing on you and your organization in a “group wisdom” and private advisory sessions. It is an interactive experience, responding to the participants’ challenges.

No prior expertise in any specific framework is required. If you are new to your organization or to innovation management accountability, familiarizing yourself with existing innovation management frameworks, strategies, procedures and practices and gaps will help you extract the maximum value from your participation.

Absolute confidentiality is critical at the executive level. We enforce a strict closed-door environment so that participants and guest experts can openly discuss real-world corporate failures, rejected initiatives, and highly sensitive internal dilemmas without corporate risk. Advanced human-supervised AI tools will provide you with anonymized summaries of each session. Participants may opt-out of the cohort WhatsApp group and shared mailing list.

Absolutely – that’s one of the reasons for the online live format. The cohort is strictly limited to 15 participants specifically to foster high-level peer interaction. Through interactive discussions across all live sessions and the dedicated dilemma-resolution in Session 6, you will build a powerful, confidential network of global innovation leaders. For off-session communication a cohort mailing list will be shared, and a WhatsApp group will be formed. Note: Participants may opt-out of the cohort WhatsApp group and shared mailing list.

Yes. You are encouraged to ask questions and bring up dilemmas at any time. Additionally, Session 6 is fully dedicated to “Tapping into Group Wisdom,” where you will present your strategic dilemmas to the expert panel and your executive peers. Finally, the “+1” private advisory session is 100% focused on you.

Enrollment is strictly capped at 15 participants. This limit ensures high-level peer interaction, guarantees adequate time to address your questions.

The online live sessions take 2 hours per week. We recommend allocating 1-3 hours for actively updating or building your corporate framework. This would be an important input to the “+1” private advisory session.

We understand that executive schedules are demanding. While live participation is highly recommended for peer interaction, if you must miss a session, you will receive the AI-generated session summary and access to the slide decks. Practicum experts will be available to answer any questions you have about the summary and slides of the session missed.

No technical background is necessary. Session 4 focuses strictly on the management and safe deployment of AI tools within corporate workflows. You will learn a variety of tools and how to select and integrate them effectively.

This is a dedicated, 1-on-1 strategic consultation utilized to review the custom deliverables you drafted during the course, or discuss any dilemma, challenge and idea you choose. It can be used for resolving sensitive organizational roadblocks or helping the planning of a new initiative. To ensure remaining in context and proper closure, this session should be scheduled within 60 days of the last live session.

Graduates receive a dual-part certification portfolio issued by Adin Horizons and signed by the Program Director. This includes an Official Certificate of Completion designed for professional display, alongside an Official Practicum Record of Study. The Record of Study includes the 6+1 session syllabus and serves as formal verification of your executive training for corporate HR and compliance records.
